I was disappointed. I watched the show, and honestly believed he was trying to make fun of his own bolwing skills, and not Special Olympians, but it was in poor taste.
Before all of you people start throwing stones, though, this board has behaved similarly, and when I criticized, I was told not to be so sensitive, that it was all in fun. I am referring to "short bus" jokes. I don't find that kind of humor funny at all. I didn't find Obama's remarks humorous either, but I'm not ready to stone him like many of you seem to be.
He was wrong, he apologized. Let it go.
