I was at the journal website. Low and behold there it was judge Weaver just got his 3rd OWI. Ya gotta wonder if he'll get the same slap on the wrist that he got for his 2nd or if he'll get what every other tom dick or harry would get for this offense.

The question is "Will Justice be done?"  He hasn't learned a thing from the two previous OWI's.  Justice needs to be served this time for his own good before he ends up killing someone on the highways.

I agree with ya, the rehab he had to go through with his last one obviously didnt work.

Ya know, I got a fav radio show I listen to. Jim Fisher on WOC Radio. I finally got thru to him today, told him I was a first time listener and long time caller. Was put on the radio... Live. waited quite awhile... but we talked about this subject.

In My Honest Opinion...

James Weaver should be accountable for his actions as would anyone else alive. His sentence should be the same as you or I would receive. Afraid of the hassle in jail?? Yeah, so would I... I just plain wouldn't wanna deal with it. So WHY put Yourself in that position?

He AIN'T no Judge NO MO! Why give him different treatment?

Average citizen, just like the rest of US would be put away if we got pulled over for the 3rd time.... Anyone remember the commercial ad that says the average price of DUI is $6500?  

Make him pay? No... don't be mean, like pain or anything... I think the ordinary sentence that he himself used to dole out, would justify what he USED to take an OATH to....

Done rantin'...  If ANYONE disagrees with common justice, then I dunno what to say....
