I caught a 20 pound carp by the spillway and it fought so hard, I was unable to use my fishing reel until I had removed and then replaced all the line. The line was literarally forced into the center of the spool and there was no way the line could spiral out when casting. It was a thrill for me also. March 27th 2009 Report Reply
