To me, it's just a sad, sad, state of affairs!  We, as a whole, complain about the smoking pollution, but, the vehicle AND industrial pollution is gonna kill us all!  I remember, back in the time, that you could smoke on airplanes.  The seats were restricted, the airplanes even GAVE you a 4 pack of cigarettes to use during the flight.  The exhaust system within the planes was so good, that nobody complained about the second hand smoke, OR smoke smell all over their clothing!  The government SHOULD outlaw tobacco, loose thousands of jobs, billions in taxes, and then move on to the NEXT sin tax alchol!  We might as well have the 1930's all over again!  Shackman

Good one Ned! Couldn't of said it better myself.

Like I have complained before, people set up smoking areas and when my fat a$$ goes to smoke....who follows me to the area??---The non-smokers! Usually with their kids! I have not went into bars since the smoking ban, but I will go to this bar! Thanks for the good info Bella.

yep I am not a smoker but I feel for your loss of rights. the people who are really losing are the business owners  that are forced to follow laws or face loss of income. how about tougher restrictions on ventilation for smoke free enviroments. How about personal choice and freedom to make up my own mind! have we become a society of children, who needs to be taken care of and completely monitored! what happened for personal responsibility and self reliant. remember you voted to limit your freedom(s) when it comes to election time. Stop voting for people who vote to take the rights away from anybody! This is America right!

Right on. Right now this day, we are not as free as we were ten years ago. In another ten years we will look back on today with a longing for what freedom we have now. The question is, what are you willing to put up to stop this erosion of rights? Our country's forefathers put up everything, even their lives, to halt this kind of tyranny. Is lip service, believing the same lies and voting for the same back stabbing a**holes over and over, the best we can do? If it is, then we deserve socialism and worse.

My rants over.

Oh yeah, Lionjack, I got a new email addy. If you want it, call me.
