We unfortunately do a majority of our shopping at WFO. In the last few weeks thier prices shot up then they add the 10 percent on top of it......i prefer Hy-Vee even with thier high prices....

One thing at Hy-Vee does have me concerned and next time I'm there I hope to remember to ask. A few years ago, they replaced their open-air freezers for ones with doors, which I love, because now I'm not chattering my teeth (OK, tooth) when I go down that aisle. I want to know why they haven't done that with the other refridgerated sections? You'd think it would save them lots in energy costs. Imagine what their power bill must be like. YOWZAH!!!

Not to mention that one needs to wear a winter coat to shop that section - even in the summertime. My grandson used to work at Hy-Vee and I would see him stocking the refrigerated section with heavy coat and gloves!

Obama will tax them to high heaven for that huge carbon footprint!
