Whats the worst service you have ever recieved?

Mine was at walmarts tire, lube express......i took my caddy in for an oil change...i specifically asked that they lube the rear grease zerks. They noted it and i asked when it was done if they got it, the tech told me they did....the next day i walk out and had a puddle of oil under my car...so i looked and the oil plug was leaking....i decided to look under my car and the rear grease zerks had not been touched...to make matters worse my tires looked low so i checked the air pressure and my tires were under inflated......so i was pretty mad....i took my car out and got the leak fixed..told the manager about everything that was done wrong...so they told me the next oil change would be on them..he explained that the tire pressures were taken off the door tag and NOT the tire itself....this was the problem with explorers rolling over a few years ago...ford put one air pressure on the tag and the tire actually required more.....a very dangerous situation......

Second oil change i spefically told them to grease the rear zerks, they noted it, again i asked when the car was done if the rear zerks had been greased the tech looked me str8 in the eyes and said "yes, they were done"......i walk out to my car lay down on the ground and look for myself and again they had NOT been touched...this time i called the store manager and b*tched...she offered me my money back...i refused stating all i wanted was the service i had originally paid for....needless to say i absolutely will NEVER take my car back  to walmart for an oil change.

I take my cars to Mid-Town. Never had a complaint with them.

I used to take my cars for oil change to that place off Park Avenue, Quick Lube? But, after the third time telling them, "Just change the f@#%ing oil!" I decided to go somewhere that will do what you tell them to instead of tring to sell me an aircleaner, new battery, transmission service, etc.

Yeah i know what ya mean, i used to be an assistant mgr. at speed lube. The management constantly pushed us to sell other services...they wanted a 29.00 ticket average....when an oil change was under 20.00.....

Walmart gets my vote. After a couple of incidents involving some extremely rude "associates" I just started pretending walmart didn't exist.
