Something we agree on Hoppy  Cronkite truly changed the face of the news.  Also, no scandals, addictions or accusations of perversion.  He was well respected and he will be buried quietly and forgotten.  I can't discount the impact Michael Jackson had on the music world, but as a human being, there are others far more deserving of a huge sendoff.

Cronkite was unfortunately boring by todays standards....he had his original nose and skin color....didnt sleep with children...didnt create a make believe world to hide in...didnt grab his crotch enough........by most peoples standards he was normal.....he probably has already been forgotten by the younger generation......but i do remember his newscasts when i was younger....definitely a great man.....
