This is too funny. Did you try this dave? You should have because it's complete BS.

If you stop the video @ the 45 second mark you can see that the address in his web browser is far too long to be simply http://www.cars.gov (which I have visited previously). He's clearly on a different site. So to be sure, I went there and lo and behold there is no link labeled "submit transaction" that will take you to the "privacy and security statement" as he claims. Furthermore, the actual site is green, not blue as is the site he's displaying.

As it turns out, he's on the dealer page of cars.gov which can only be accessed by screened and registered auto dealers with the proper government issued login information.
