How about no more former school district administrators on the "good-ol'-boy" school board?

Great Idea, but let's also include the Statehouse and U.S. Senate and House of Reps.  We need change! Things aren't working very well here, people.

I agree, Nigel. The simple fact that they, themselves, do not see how this could create a conflict of interest....or at least the appearance if impropriety, should be enough for voters to decided to vote against these folks. JMHO. As administrators for years...I think we know how they would vote in matters they are likely already on record about, from meetings over the years. Of course, this only works if voters have paid attention....

I saw a sign at one of the 'tea party' stops - think it was in Nevada -the sign said "RECYCLE CONGRESS". Not a bad 'green' plan! Most seem to forget they are voted in to represent US - not to do what the party leaders say.
