So democrats are bad guys who want us to run out of fuel?  Wow, I hadn't even realized I was supposed to feel that way. Here I thought that accessing more fuel was a good thing. Thanks for straightening me out on that.

Lets try to keep this civil and not make any assumptions on what other people think and/or feel.

Accessing more fuels is a good thing if you believe in self-reliance. Democrats in charge always restrict this kind of development though,when they have control of the EPA, etc.

As for me...the US gets to tell Canada to shut off three natural gas pipelines coming into America once we finish the current natural gas pipeline I'm currently working on in about two months....the largest ever in the lower 48, sourced from the foothills of the Rockies. 1700 miles at 48 inch diameter; Colorado to the edge of West Virginia.

Its been a long three year construction project, but we already have gas flowing in 3/4 of it to US markets.

Have any of you heard the tid-bits of news that natural gas prices probably won't be rising this fall in some areas?

The November 2006 elections gave the control back to Dems. Bush had been able to get this project and some others permitted through the EPA, Fish and Game, Corps of Engineers, etc., prior to that election.  We began building this project then, in early 2007. But all that stops when Dems are in charge. So, when you ask if Dems are the bad guys who want us to run out of fuel....its kind of hard to deny the facts that surround my real life and career. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction. I'll be unemployed soon, again; guess why?

Kay:  I'm old.  I know what Dems do.  I've seen it all my life. They are all for more centralized federal governmental power and less freedom for the common people.  Unless you count the freedom to murder the unborn.

  It can be seen every day in the policies and platforms they propose and laws they pass.  They also do whatever it takes to get power and remain in power, no matter the cost to our country. 

In addition, they have traditionally been connected with organized crime and voter fraud more than the other parties. 

 I civilly say,  they are the "bad guys".   I know our founding fathers would agree.  Our country was established and based on the fact that the average citizen should govern themselves, and we should be protected against a centralized government.
