Judge weaver is sitting in scott county jail on a felony charge as of this morning.....throw his friggin A*s in jail already!

They'll just keep him till he sobers up and appears before a judge then it will be 'where is the nearest place that sells meyers rum and coke?'

I'm with you gta -throw his sorry rear in a REAL jail - protect him from himself and the rest of us need to be protected from him. Send him to live with the gitmo scum at Thomson. Something is wrong when he keeps getting out of 'rehab' and then gets back into drinking. The article didn't really say exactly what the circumstances were that caused the arrest on the felony charge but we all figure it's booze - right?

someone said that if u go to iowa courts online there is a restraining order against him...somone else said it was because he didnt pay his fines......either way he's a waste of breath......anyone of us would have been in jail for less........

In the QC Times this am they reported that he was harrassing a woman that he had had a relationship with and with whom he had purchased a house, but his name is no longer on the deed. When they (law officer) went to his home to arrest him for harrassment he had a blood alcohol level above the legal level for driving and his parole has a stipulation of NO drinking. That booze really does have a hold on him. Too bad - he has messed up quite a few lives including his own.

You're right gta -others have been in jail for less but he does need to be locked up to protect him from himself and US from him.
