This one really takes the cake...

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama called for a major new burst of federal spending Tuesday, perhaps $150 billion or more, aiming to jolt the wobbly economy into a stronger recovery and reduce painfully persistent double-digit unemployment.

Despite Republican criticism concerning record federal deficits, Obama said the U.S. has had to "spend our way out of this recession" with so many people out of work but insisted he was still mindful of a need to confront soaring deficits.

Zerobama is "mindful of the need to confront soaring deficits"....but has not announced any plan to do it. He only announces plans for greater spending. I think it was in Junior High when my kids learned check book balancing.

My God...these liberals are killing the U.S.!

"spend our way out of recession" - what a philosophy -like if you or me would get LOTS of credit cards, spend wildly to the limits, get a second(third) mortgage, a car loan and on and on. What would happen to US? We would borrow from our 'friends' until they wouldn't speak to us anymore - then what? That's where the USA is today. Sad but true.

The recession began two years ago? Let's see now...Liberals have controlled Congress, budgets/spending, and the deficit since January 3rd, 2007. That's THREE years now!

Quite a revelation, no? His statement is nothing less than an admission that Liberals have caused all this! This has all happened on their watch. Hope Liberals are proud of this.

They'll be doing backflips trying to defend this goof now! Go haysus, go!

Cant wait til the libs let us know that our taxes will need to be tripled to pay for this.......
