Ah, I see someone already posted the rest of the story over at the journal web site. Actually I am surprised that it too this long. Any who, it surprised me that our local PD had the gumption to tell the story to the journal that they did. This is because if you get arrested for owi and you refuse the breathlizer you are placed into jail, you are not released to go free and simply ticketed with open container until they have a chance to think about if for 4 days and decide that is better to come down to where you work and arrest you in front of your co workers in an attempt to embarass and discredit you. Somerthing stinketh down yonder and as GTA wrote at the end of the original post on this article. It should be interesting to how this plays out. |
