I do that occasionally, but do have a fair assessment of who I am referring, had you read the response from and to Daryl, perhaps a bit more obvious. As for birthdays, it sounds like you know way too much of this "Davie" Mine is July 29th. I'd offer the year too, but some things need to stay personal. Also within similarities of posters and such, you guys tend to sound almost like twins much of the time. But funny? for all I'd say not really. Rest in peace Mr. Murtha.

I wasn't dismissive to your comments, just didn't totally agree. Had I simply dismissed them I'd have not responded at all. But we see different colors from different angles. To your credit and a couple others, I totally understand the disdain regarding that 3-1. If I were totally honest at the time, I'd have said it didn't sound right. But what the heck, there was so much bashing this one and that one, rudeness, and ego-puffing, I just felt it was time to toss one as ridiculous as all that other nonsense. We seeeeeem to keep forgetting that I said::: I always heard that claim. If I had actually believed it, I would have just let it stand. Again, the continual rehashing of the percentages doesn't make any sense. I showed at least to myself that the dems were worse by quite a bit. We all know the truth about the worst economy in 70 years. It isn't really the dems nor Obama's fault. It took nearly a decade of the most insane  bill signing to put us in this mess. It was hypocritcal banter and that's all there is to it. But again, just because I heard it::: the 3-1 thing::: didn't mean I should have said it. I did, it was hugely wrong and a misquote also, and I admitted it. Plus it actually made me look as foolish as all of those bantering over similar falsehoods. But I won't do that again.
