It doesn't matter how many climb down and retire, the results of the last nine years would make any wise rep. want to run. Those hope speeches sound good but with business as usual, they just fizzled away. In spite of some discombobulated back and forth, I DO believe a balance is needed. These dems in congress have whizzed away an entire year regardless of Obama's agenda. We all know congress doesn't have to legislate what he wants, so why haven't they said to him? "No sir, we know America needs to be put back to work."  "Here's a bill that demonstrates that." Nothing meaningful gets done, and unless there is some progressiveness, well we can look forward to another year of high prices, no money and a higher deficit.
