When one makes a blanket assessment/observation such as you have TP, there is no limit to whom the inciteful and rude post was meant for. While you can post that you "gave no name", then, neither is your attack/insult limited to anyone, and will, therefore, include everyone.

Big Brother, if I may. I believe your point was simply that Biden is trying to give us a guarentee that he may not be able to back up. Simple enough. The guy is, after all, a boob.
Apparently this simple statement of opinion struck a nerve on another here who also is in the habit of making outlandish, unsubstantiated, and simplistic claims. Hopefully, he/she will settle down, step away from the keyboard, and relax.
