1.  Bob Costas....Is it just me, or did somebody go a little overboard with that Grecian Formula hair color?

2.  Dick Button....Those are some BIG shoes.

3.  Snowboarding....Do they REALLY need to make those pants look like jeans?

4.  Pairs figure skating.....After seeing the two dressed up like clowns, really nothing more to say.

5.  Luge....Is there really a need to go 96 mph.  I mean, wouldn't 86 be okay and maybe a bit safer.  And those exposed metal beams....good grief, even playgrounds are padded these days.

6.  Bode Miller....Okay, he's had his 15 minutes of fame.  Time to move on.

7.  Ned....Have you seen that blonde skier that hurt her leg and is still trying to win some medals?  I believe she'd give Miss Scarlett a run for her money.

8.  Ned again....I believe that the Canadian government will have you and your nasty snow machine shipped up to Vancouver.  Free room and board, all the Moosehead you can drink, and Chinese figure skaters everywhere.

9.  They put "snowboard cross" in the Olympics, but took baseball and softball out?

10.  Best thing about winter olympics.......it LOOKS great.  Really giving the HDTV a workout.  A pleasant diversion to help get us through these last days of winter.

Nigel please dont mention the last days of winter.....it may push ned over the edge and we never get to feel the warmth of that global warming thing that al gore keeps talking about..........ya know though, i wonder .........ned if we all chip in and buy a snow machine for your home will u let us have warm weather year round?

GTA is right.  Old Ned is probably squirming and cursing the approach of spring, even as we speak. 

As for the Olympics, what an impressive performance by all of these atheletes.  To make such things look so easy and effortless is remarkable, knowing the hard work that goes into their endeavors. 

ned has been way to quiet on both boards......i picture him in a barely lit room ...wringing his hands and cursing the sun thats soon to be melting his precious snow.......
