It shouldn't be coming at all, it should be gone. How did this happen and what does it mater in the end?(No Pun intended) If someone likes the:::uh:::well::: that::: Then first of all, how would anyone know? and who in the names of saints wants to know about it? Can't these fools just think about our real problems.

OK baby, I'll cut you some slack 'cause you probably have never shared a foxhole with a fellow grunt.

But, this law stems from the fact that you can't always share a foxhole face to face!

The guys in a foxhole always thought they should only have to worry about the enemy, not the guy hunkered up behind them too.

In addition, say you (by chance) find two like minded buddies in a foxhole where they are supposed to be paying attention and staying alert, and they find they just can't bother with all that right now.  You know what I mean right?

Maybe they could write the law to only apply in combat, but allow sodomy in the rear areas?????   I doubt it.
