The author's of this study cited several other previous studies by economists that also concluded similarly that there was a liberal bias in the media.
You can find them by the dozens. That doesn't make the conclusion any more valid.
Instead of nitpicking and taking things out of context, trying to attack my source, why can't you provide a "legitimate" source of your own that comes to a different conclusion?
This would be an excercise in futilety. Whatever source I chose, if it didn't find a liberal bias, you would reject it as "liberal". I have invested more time than I should have already.
And I'm not talking about a media conducted or sponsored study of their own bias. It has to be independent like mine.
You call it independent. A couple of guys who work for the CATO institute don't produce an independent study.

I don't think you ever did get back to me with the math on how lowering taxes increases revenue. You can limit yourself to sales and property taxes if you like. Income tax (personal and corporate) might be too complicated. |
