I feel it's now my duty to invoke the super secret shut-down clause as detailed in section 56, paragraph 4 of the Neighborhood Link rules of operation.  It states that the original poster of a thread may call an end to aforementioned thread if the responses become too silly.

It's either that or we need to remember that we can choose who we respond to, including trolls and instigators such as our TP.

As for my original topic...Monday musings....today I am thankful that good triumphed over evil in the form of Phil Mickelson winning the Masters and Tiger Woods three-putting from 8 feet.  Lovely weather over the weekend allowed for some yard work, and Ned's cursed snow has gone away until next November....or December.

Yeah, the evils of summer are upon us. The insects, snakes, weeds, storms, tornados, pollen, heat, sweaty underwear, smoke from cookouts, blinding sun, noise from kids playing out, power mowers, boom boxes, birds chirping all freakin day. Bah, humbug.
