Agree.  He is what he is.  Moving on is a good idea.

Early to bed, early to rise:::makes a girl::: really tired still. I actually thought the weatherman might have missed this one, but now they decide to be right on target. But we sure did have a great past couple weeks.

Okay. Fox:::Thanks for the perspective. I get it. But doesn't that kinda make a person on the caller side of the name a bit intolerant? I mean as well as the callee. So :::Big B might well have done all those things TP thinks isn't possible. So with that, using the word "liar" isn't fair. But in what I have seen over these few months the kindness train stopped along time ago. By that measure even I was felt to be a "witless troll"?Big Brother, I see your points clearly and if TP was another person he/she probably should own up and just be the same. But what if it's not the same or, I mean he/she is not the same? I understand the similarity factor but that only really raises it's ugliness when a person seems to post similarly at a point of relentless disagreement with one another. For me it's a lack of mutual respect to disagree with another and once discovered in error, just leave it at that. No sir, I cannot call you a liar or anyone else who has these feelings, only that there is every possibility that it might be wrong.

Strength of conviction can be tremendous and build an inpenetrable wall. All I was saying finally was that a strong connection isn't proof is all. Fox did a good job of explaining the "davie" comments. Like you said BB, I wasn't in on those days, so it kinda falls flat with me, but seeing how much this "Davie" person makes everyone so riled does finally open a door to understanding. Proved? I mean take a look at all the political hollabloo we know what they pull in DC but until some whistle blower speaks up::: Most know OJ did "it" or at least was involved but the man went free for the deaths of two innocent souls. We all knew Clinton did "It" but until the Tripp audio:::Nixon, Reagan/ Bush-1.Heck there's hapless souls who still think the Gov. had something to do with bringing down the towers and buildings around them. I just didn't think it was all that important to keep it going. But you could be right.

TP:::keep writing and if you are indeed just TP, well sir or ma'am, it won't matter. I disagree in ways with these men and women at times, but always accept that I am wrong now and then too. True I don't see much reconciliation with the other side of the fence when I know I was on the right road, but if not this other person::: you know you're right as does BB, HiR, GT, JC and others so it doesn't end or matter really.

I don't own this site and I mean nothing to any of you really, but:::I'm leaving here in a short nine days and have had a lot of fun and some woe at times, but all in all you guys and gals have been a bright spot in my dreary little world, and hope for all of you I have been a fun study? But for the sake of at least one little gal's, next week or so::: we move on and all be kind for a while? Lets face it, most here don't like our president, most here don't like anyones points that do like him. Most here look suspiciously at others who seem to see objectivity as a strength not a weakness. Most here are funny, opinionated, clever, wise, unafraid to speak their minds, and articulate. I'm a bit of a goof, a rambler and at times confusing, I know, even my own family cannot see why I go places politically they wouldn't:::Look at how peeved my own uncle made me last week. A foolish thing to do! But for me, this is a bit of a Godsend. I'm an unhealthy gal and have been since I was 24. My body is going through a war with it'self. I have RA, Paracarditis, type-1diabetes, bone deterioration, and have looked into a power chair this week. I'm sad a lot since my husband and daughter have gone ahead of me. In less than ten years I have lost my mom, brother to war, both grands on dad's side, an aunt another uncle and my wonderful grandma and nearly died three times myself. Oh I love a good debate for sure:::But as long as I can stand to sit here I'd love to be able to look upon these pages and smile for a while. If it's asking too much to try and  let go of these squabbles a while, I understand. I guess I'd just have to unplug instead.

Thank you! Nigel and DMLaughing

Without getting too personal, can I ask you guys and any others what your hobbies are? I have to pack up two doll houses my grandfather built but am told I could just sell the one I don't want. He lives with family in Missouri now and after all is packed and moved,::: almost done too, I have to decide what to do with them,. well one anyway. One is for my daughter and sell the other. Any idea who might want to buy a huge lighted furnished quality nine room dollhouse?

It's modeled after the old Granville House in the movie It's A Wonderful Life. Shipping would be a huge $$ number. It looks just like it in the movie. But it's so big and bout all that's left to decide to move or sell. Grandad built several over the years after he retired and about every grand daughter in the family has one, but me I have two now. Anyone wants to see I can put some pictures here.

Oh yeah hobbies. Mine are bird watching, puzzles and helping build the doll houses. I have dozens of good books about birds, and this year I bet I have put together forty puzzles. I'm a detailer with tiny things. I painted the little things granpa built and put inside the houses.

(Cue music-the "Dueling Banjo" duet from Deliverance)

Yes, I was born a poor underweight baby back in 48.  Had nothing to eat but dirt.  Walked uphill 4 miles to and from school.  Got beat up on a regular basis by the 5th graders when a mere kindergartener, permanently scarring my outlook on "playgrounds".

Graduated college, and accepted a position as a free-lance bishop/missionary with the zulu tribes in Africa.  Contracted malaria, and was caught smoking banana leaves, so was sent home.  Tour in 'Nam.  Agent orange.  Settled into my career as a real estate agent to the stars in Beverly Hills.  Have battled a prostate the size of a tennis ball, skin cancer, planters warts, and several nasty colds.  Lost both parents, wifes' parents, and my dog all in a 2 year span.

Now what all this has to do with anything I don't know, because in reality, I could be a 19 year old cheerleader named Debbie who's just messing  with y'all.  Or it could all be true.
