It's obvious they wanted to put in extra cautions to make absolutely sure that their original intent was explicit and followed after all the hooplaw.  You really have to be an idiot not to see that.

It looks like he was trying to find any old thing to clutch and so any clarifications made -  say in his pea brain that he was right in the first place, cause now they went and fixed the darn thing. The original intent is still there.

I heard on tv tonite that they may pull the all-star game because of the law and that would cost AZ a lot of money - probably not even close to the cost incurred for medical, law enforcement, schools, welfare and all that connected to illegals.
