True, Could you show me where the 2010 census even asks whether or not you are a legal citizen?  That's right, it doesn't.  For the first time, that question is absent.  Why?  Because this administation doesn't care if you are or aren't.

True, you need to actually READ the AZ. illegal immigration law.  Educate yourself.  Then you will realize that this has absolutely nothing whatever to do with race.

I have read the law and it is all about profiling. I'm going put it on the record that I believe this law will be overturned by the Supreme Court based on racial issues. Laws before it, that do this type of thing, have been overturn. It's wrong.

Regardless the same could be asked of the other 70% of the population and it's not. This of course makes it racial.

How is it not asked of the other 70% of the population, I don't care who you are, what your skin color is, if a police officer askes you to see ID you show him!  How is this racial?

Jeff... you will never get a rational answer to this question.

Of course the 'dynamic duo' of tp and mal are always accusing everyone else that we don't answer their questions but they both seem to be masters of evasion when they prefer not to face the truth in a post.

Jeff, you and BB have explained this law explicitly. I do believe that if we had the conditions here in Muscatine that those folks in AZ and TX are dealing with we would welcome this law. Illegal immigration is an immense expense that affects all of us.
