Thank yous all! I have a short list for the guys here  then I unplug

It's been so great! We are going to buy this tower and will get back on soon I hope.

So:::For the  guys.  

9 words we women use.

1-Fine. This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2- Five Minutes. If she is getting dressed. This means a full half hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3- Nothing. This is the calm before the storm. This means-Something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that start with Nothing, usually end in Fine.

4- Go Ahead.  This is a dare, not permission, don't do it!!!!

5- Loud sigh.   This is actually a word. A non verbal statement often    misunderstood by men. The loud sigh means she actually thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing and arguing about nothing-refer to #3 for the meaning of Nothing.

6- That's Okay.  This is one of the most dangerous ststements  a woman can make to a man. That's Okay- means she wants to think long and hard before deciding about how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7- Thanks. A woman is actually thanking you, do not question or faint. Just say, You are welcome.

8- Whatever.  Is a woman's way of saying %#@& YOU! (sorry guys)

9- Don't worry about it, I got it.  Another dangerous statement meaning, this is something that a woman has asked a man to do several times before deciding to do it herself. This will result in a man asking what's wrong?  For her response refer to #3.

Babybird, I do hope you have success for treatment of your medical issues. Please be careful when you sit there in your nest with your mouth wide open as you seem unable to realize that TP's posts are full of hatred and we all would hate to have you take that stance.

It would probably be difficult to come up with "words guys use that need translation" as we usually mean exactly what we say (except for liberal girly boys).   Most guys don't see a need to waste time and breath playing word games.
