Good start? Yes!...but it will be an even better start when the new law's medicare fraud element actually goes into effect! Yes, indeed; when the PPACA (signed into law Mar 2010) enhanced medicare fraud detection element of the new law actually goes into effect on 09/23/2010, we can all hope to see mountains of monies recovered.
Sign the (PP)Affordable Care Act in on Mar 23, 2010...then on May 13, 2010, announce to the world the good you have done with medicare fraud monetary recovery....except that the Medicare fraud portion of the law does not go into effect until Sept. 23, 2010.

I expect it will be better. We can agree on this. As the article said the $2.5 billion was last year and they have new tools this year.

So what's this about giving credit for something not yet done? We gave credit for that which was done last year and we'll add up the recovery for next year and give credit for that then.

The prize was not for being president, it was for efforts towards peace. You can do that before, after or while being president.
