Daryl....I too have thought about how Reagan might have handled these situations differently than our current spineless leadership. 

The Mall person apparently is unable to form an argument of any kind, and instead is content with Iran holding three young hostages, is okay with the Mexican president insulting every American, and is happy with the administration's non-handling of both cases.  I, like you,  don't bother trying to answer her anymore.....she does a dandy job of proving her own ignorance.
