When an enemy wants to talk, it usually means they want a break in the fighting so they can re-arm and re-supply. That seems to be what happens every time Israel agrees to a cease fire.

Put yourself in Israel's place. You don't go through all the crap jews have gone through and come out all full of love singing

In 1939 the MS St. Louis left Germany with nearly 1000 jews on board. They were trying to escape nazi Germany. Cuba turned them away. AND SO DID THE USA. They sailed back to europe and you know what happened to most of them.

And before Israel became independant the British tried their best to make sure the Israeli's would be unarmed and easy pickings for their arab neighbors.

You add up all the incidents like that and tell me you wouldn't look at everyone as a potential enemy.
