knowing how the biz works, one of three things happened:

1. vacation

2. quit - and if so, ya won't see her for 6 months on any other network

3. fired - see above.

 unfortunately, if she did get canned, then it wasn't until she was done with work that day OR when she reported for work. It is rare that a person in broadcasting gets to say goodbye and thank their viewers/listeners, and that usually happens when they are retiring or leaving their position with their boss's blessings.

I went on the KWQC website and Tambrey's picture/name is not there. She is a good anchor- I hope she finds a good "home".

It is strange how anchor/reporters just disappear isn't it? I wasn't unhappy to see the guy with the bad teeth leave. He was reduced to working only on weekends -so I would change channel when he would come on. I have traveled quite a bit - for work - and had never seen anyone with a mouth that I couldn't stand to look at. Maybe he will make enough money to fix his teeth - or get a job on radio.

tambrey is a good anchor. she was on channel 4 before foing to channel 6.maybe channel  8 will pick her up.
