Everybody go to bed already or something?

I know, how do you think I feel?  I have no job, nothing to do but sit in front of this screen all day and wait for someone to post something.  I sit here and every three minutes I hit the refresh button hoping someone would have posted.  It's been a long day.  Same with Chatterbox too.

Must be that most folks are in love with the weather. Maybe they are boating, working in the yard, grilling, drinking cool drinks - who knows. Don't they realize that some folks turn to this venue for inspiration and laughs - or sometimes just to get in an argument. Mobay is usually the only one that keeps posting even if no one answers him.

The news on tv is depressing - stocks down, oil still spouting in the gulf, jobs are as scarce as hen's teeth, federal deficit is going to replace our space program and reach the moon and/or mars.

sigh - maybe tomorrow?!?
