Pick a date in 2015, and you and I will meet at a coffee shop and I will buy you a cup of coffee and we will then discuss "The American Fairy Tale" and its accuracies or inaccuracies. I think we would have a fun time, and some fun debate and discussion. Is it a date? Jeff I don't make plans that far in advance. I can't remember that long and might not live that long, but if you remind me sometime in late 2014, I would like to do it. Of course one or both of us might be in jail or dead at that time.
