CBS/AP) A 2-year-old Concord, Calif. boy is dead after he was attacked by his family's pitbulls at home.
Police say the child walked into the garage where the three pitbulls are kept around 8:45 a.m. Thursday when the animals attacked.

1. Handcuff the owners, cover them in raw liver, and lock them in the same garage with the same dogs.
2. Find Michael Vick, and do the same with him.
