For those of you who haven't heard, the flood gates will be put up on Second St. tomorrow. I don't know when so I don't know if it will impact traffic early in the morning or not. The Corps of Engineers is opening the dam to let some of the water out. Just wanted to let people be aware that it will affect you if you drive on Second St. to get to work.
