You know, JC and GTA1, states (and cities and counties within states) have always had rule of law authority to make new or different laws or more-strict laws.
And liberals, here, have always said they believe in rule of law; all while speaking out the other sides of their mouths against this Arizona law. They have to be perplexed by this double standard! See why they are failing so bad?
If the nobama admin really cared about "conflicting" or "interfering" types of laws, why are they not suing more states that legalized marihuana, or why are they not suing states that have speed limits above the national 55 limit when in place? Or why is it ok for states to have seatbelt and helmut laws while the fed does not? Why does the nobama admin allow the US Virgin Islands (US territory) to drive on the opposite side of the road? |

Rush brought up a very good point today...he said we have gone from "we the people" to obumbler saying "me, the government".....and its true....they went to court on that drilling moratorium ...and when they lost a member of his legal team stated that the moratorium would continue anyway......and like i said in another post yesterday, it seems like obumbler gets fiesty when he loses or is about to lose even the tiniest bit of authority....his actions are becoming scary as he is really starting to act like a dictator.....the healthcare that went against what Americans wanted.....a majority of Americans supported Arizonas new immigration laws.....so obumbler stopped it dead in its tracks....but the good news is that i heard today that rangel wasnt about to cut a deal....and even members of his own party say its going to hurt dems in november......;it just keeps getting better...... |
