My sympathies to our leftist friends here in the 'hood, as I'm fairly certain that they are outraged by the news that the Clintons will be spending 3 million-plus dollars on............wait for it........a WEDDING!.   Mal is wringing her hands, wailing about how many Haitians that money might feed and clothe.  TP has been seen pacing the floor at Wal-Mart, muttering something about the thousands of AIDS vaccines that could be provided.  They have twittered each other about the poor Katrina victims that could have been house with merely a small portion of the marriage fund. 

A sad day indeed.  Let's keep our liberal bretheren in our thoughts.

My gosh....and to think of all the poor homeless folks there are out there who need shoes and a bottle of Ripple.

Actually the Clinton's spending $3 million on a wedding is a demonstration of the only legitimate way, (besides free will charity) that wealth gets redistributed!  It's called "commerce".  And it's what built this great nation.

The $3 million will go into the accounts of all the vendors and their employees.  It will actually create (or sustain) jobs legitimately.  Those people will use it to purchase various commodities and items, creating or sustaining more jobs.

Some of it will probably be saved, but those savings will be used by banks and other institutions as loans to finance purchases and operating expenses for small businesses.

Yes, I say the Clintons should spend more.  What will they do with it otherwise?  Donate it to commie wannabe's?
