House passes state aid bill; Obama signs into law

The House of Representatives on Tuesday approved, and President Barack Obama promptly signed into law, an election-year bill providing $26 billion to struggling states by closing tax loopholes for multinational companies and cutting food aid to the poor

How could the dems do this? where is the outrage u two?

The Democratic-controlled House of Representatives gave final congressional approval to the bill on a largely party-line vote of 247 to 161..

How could they do this to the poor? we were told that the dems care about the poor...now they are doing this....i just dont get it....

Democrats want to convince voters they can strengthen a fragile economic recovery and bring down the country's unemployment rate, currently 9.5 percent

They've had almost 2 years, they've spent us so far into debt...they've told us that things are getting better...what they hell are they waiting for ? an engraved invitation?....

Unemployment at unbelievable highs and now the dems want to cut their food stamps?  Picture hungry folks that can't find a job to feed their families and not enough food stamps. Better pony up to the food pantry. This was a great plan by the the densocrats?

Dems in control of Congress and spending since January of 2007; the US Pres from Kenya in control of the administration since January of 2009; and this is what they do to us? This is their recovery plan? My God, Kennedy must be rolling over in his grave!

i cannot believe there is no outrage from tp and mal......guess they only care if the repubs do something like that....
