It is very good to hear from ya lilsmom....hope the bathroom works out for ya....we redid ours a little over a year ago ....we gutted and redid everything....the wife came home and all we had left in there was 2 waterlines and 2 drains ....lol she wasnt happy bout not having a toilet and a bath tub....lol

I would like to clarify and expand on LM's post. A long time ago, we learned that we had something very special in common. I won't go further with that, but, it did not involve politics, but did invovle some personal messages way back when. We did share common understanding and goals with that particular element.

At one point, I shared an email address with LM, and she provided a photo of Lil. Today, since my wife and I were back in town from Indianapolis, I happened to see who I thought was Lil, and Lilsmom, entering a store we were going into, from the photo she shared.

So, I was blunt and asked if that happened to be "Lil", and she stated yes. I then ID'd myself as BB....man-o-man what a hug I got! I introduced her to my crazy wife and we had a good 4-5 minute meet and greet. (My wife really is crazy, LM!)

I would only like to say to all, that she comes across as one of the most heart-on-the-sleeve ladies I have ever met.  Now, I know she is liberal, but common ground was struck a long time ago with her, and today was such a pleasant surprise since we have been home remodeling a house we just bought. She was doing the same thing.

I had a totally new perspective of LM after we hooked up outside of here a long time ago.

Shame that can't happen with others....but what a great moment today. I have been on a high all day and night....and LIL really is cool....as I first suspected.

 I have never met lil personally but I have seen a picture of her and she is a very attractive lady that I hope to some day meet. My son & daughter in law know her personally.

 I will share a fact with you that really touched me in one of my darkest hours.

 A little over 5 years ago when I had just started battling my cancer she sent me a e-mail wishing me well and telling me that if we ever needed any help to let her know. She would be there for us to help in any way she could and she had never seen me, so that went a long ways to me.

That along with other friends and family helped me keep up the good fight. I will be grateful to all of them always.

Aww BigBrother, Your post got me all teary-eyed, really!  It was very touching.

See, we're not so different.  And my husband has told me the older I get, the farther right I lean.  Scary! 

It was truly nice to meet you and your wife.  A very unexpected but totally pleasant surprise. 

Bathroom finished!...and worth the headaches, and worth going without a toilet for a couple of days.   I was smart to undertake it while hubby was out of town, because I was able to pick everything out myself, and I didn't have to listen to any whining about the bathroom being torn up :) 

Kenn, you are a dear man, and someday we'll meet, but I love that you keep in touch.  I do hope you continue to feel good and that you get good reports.
