Doesn't it seem ridiculous that we have a law that prevents us from favoring U.S. citizens over non-citizens when hiring someone???   What the h... is going on?  I'm now wondering if it's going to be possible, once the Republicans take over the House, to "defund" all these efforts by Holder and Obama that persecute U.S. citizens and coddle non citizens and illegals.

So what happened to the "we're going to crack down on employers who hire illegals" theme song they have been singing? This seems to fly in the face of that. I would think that employers would NEED extra paper work to determine if the workers were legal. My  understanding of SB1070 is that upon a stop or apprehension due to a breaking of the law and upon displaying the usual drivers license and the person shows a license from mexico, then law enforcement can ask for green card or such. I would think that would be a similar process when employers are hiring.

I heard that obama, holder and hillary have decided to use SB1070 as an example of not protecting citizens to present to a committee of the un. Dear Lord - what is next?
