Are any of the liberals here going to defend this?
The presser yesterday raised more questions than answered. So why if obama lives in the "white house bubble" and didn't realize that "the folks" were so upset, does he know all those things that Fox News reports? He has chastised Hannity, Beck and O'Reilly forever but not heeded any of their words? What up with that? All the TeaParty rallies, the town hall mtgs w/ congressmen/women were sending CLEAR messages that America did not want his brand of healthcare, that America wants reduced spending, that America wants gov't to stay out of businesses and to let natural consequences of overspending by big corporations happen. His arrogance that he knows what is best for America has come back to bite him but it seems that he had used novocaine and does not feel the pain. Oh sure he danced around taking blame, but bottom line he said that his desire (blind ambition) to fix things led him to take the same old approach. He even stated that he hoped that the Republicans would work with him - again, he has it wrong - he was the one that said that he was going to reach across the aisle. That is the problem with reading someone's words on a teleprompter - if they are not your words and thoughts and beliefs you say them then forget them. His arrogance and disregard for America's economy is further illustrated by this massive trip to india at great expense to American taxpayers. In unison, let's all say He just don't get it! |

Are any of the liberals here going to defend this? Defend something so stupid. As I have said before, some post are to stupid to merit response. But to make you happy:
As FactCheck.org notes, there is no evidence to support the $200 million figure (other than the anonymous quote), and it seems like a serious stretch in light of the fact that the entire war in Afghanistan costs less on a daily basis.
