Minister admits reluctant Michelle Obama handshake

So, can somebody tell me why our president is in such a rush to improve relations with countries and religions that treat women with such disdain?

And by the way, did anyone catch the Bush interview on Today this a.m.?  What a refreshing change to see a President answer directly, intelligently, and honestly, all without the aid of a teleprompter.  Lauer, of course, lobbed no softball questions as he does with Democrats, and W handled it all with class. 

Yes, I watched Bush on Today. I also watched Bush on Dateline on Mon nite, but best of all was Bush on Oprah yesterday. He was also on Hannity last night. All were good, but trust me, his appearance w/ Oprah was great. We all know that O is a big obama fan, so I was not expecting the truly warm reception for Bush and she lobbed no softball questions, but seemed to be quite impressed w/ Bush's answers.

You might have guessed that I am a big Bush fan and that would be a correct guess. I can hardly wait to read his book.
