It has meaning in that it was in the same direction as all the other results I pointed out and all biased in favor of the conservatives.

There is no bias in Rasmussen. They predicted the Democrat winners as well as the Republican. If you want the pollster with the best prediction record, go with Rasmussen or Larry Sabato (makes little difference). If you are living in la la land, create some fantasy bias theory to serve your agenda.
