Greetings neighbors.  We've been out of town for awhile but hope to be a more frequent visitor here again. 

I'm wondering if anyone knows what is being built in front of Farm and Fleet at the intersection of University and Highway 61.  My first thought was that Jeff might be starting up a new business...... perhaps something in the men's underwear field.

Ripley's trailer court sold and the new owner did not wish to renew the land lease there with them. That's just hearsay, though.

Hello Nigel, Tina and I just returned ourselves.  While I have considered other business ventures market research shows thong sales this time of year are dismal, and men's boa fashions have declined ever since Nedl stopped wearing them in lieu of sequined ear muffs.  So I will continue researching the markets and hopefully someday there will be a big obnoxious building scarring the scenic route of north 61 with a big gaudy sign announcing Jeff's Good and Crap Emporium.

Hey Jeff.....something to consider before this business venture of yours materializes.  There's already a "Crap Emporium" in town called Wal-Mart.  Of course, there's always a market for more crap.
