I doubt he was influenced by the Iowa GOP but there are plenty of other sources. You asked who would put that in their platform like you thought that would be just too, too foolish. I provided the most convenient example right here at home. Now you're trying to shift the discussion. We probably do have a fairly large number of nut jobs in Iowa. The leadership of those religious bodies is conservative and they do not give women equal status. They are representative. I could have included others. I didn't think I had to list them all.
They are "right wing". Liberals are certainly not going to claim them.
