This week marks the five-year anniversary of the last time Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas spoke during oral arguments.

Does this guy belong there?

Is he the strong, silent type?

Is speaking a requirement? I thought maybe, being there, hearing, and voting on the cases were required. I didn't know "speaking" was. Hey, mal; have you visted the supreme court website and read any transcripts to prove what is being asserted?

BS,

Sometimes you can learn something by asking a question.   You just asked one.   He apparently has no interest in learning all that he can before making a decision.

No, I haven't visited any supreme court websites.   Common Cause has done that for me.   You can read through 5 years of transcripts to prove them and me wrong if you'd like to.
