Well, I see where a state judge placed a temporary hold on allowing the new bargaining unit law to go into effect. The Dems are crying that the open-meetings law was violated because they did not have 24 hrs notice for the vote meeting. Funny; I'm all the way down here in Iowa, and I knew they were going to vote more than 24hrs before they voted. You couldn't get the issue out of the press! It was all over. Guess the Dems that neglected their duty and ran to Illinois were hidden away under rocks; and as good as nobama's birth cert and college transcripts! |

OOPS...another judge with a conflict of interest ruling....just found this:
"Judge Maryann Sumi has a clear conflict of interest. Her son is a political operative who also happens to be a former lead field manager with the AFL-CIO and data manager for the SEIU State Council. Both the SEIU and the AFL-CIO have members who are public-sector employees in Wisconsin. In fact, as a federation, the AFL-CIO can boast of several member-unions that represent public-sector employees. Maryann Sumi is hardly an unbiased judge in the matter.
Jacob “Jake” Sinderbrand, Sumi’s son, runs a company called Left Field Strategies, a firm that works on political campaigns." |
