So obama goes to Brazil and promises aid for them to pursue off-shore drilling and promises that the United states will be their best customer. Say what?!?!? I am certain that he proclaimed that we must not be dependent on foreign countries for our oil. He left in the midst of enormous turmoil with the stated purpose of getting business/jobs for the United States. So now we are promoting business/jobs for Brazil?
