There are many things we don't know about this case.  But there are also many things that we do know.

We know that a 6' 3" teenager who was suspended from school for marijuana possession

His being suspended from school for any reason had no bearing on that night. The 'watch guy' did not who he was or if he had been suspended from school. He told the 911 operator that the kid 'looked suspicious' - whatever that means. We also know that the 911 operator told said watch guy not to follow the kid. The kid told his girlfriend on the pjone that he was being followed and his girlfriend told him to run. He replied that he would 'walk fast'.

 was confronted by a 5' 10" man, and that somehow the teenager ended up shot. 

The watch guy must have left his vehicle and confronted the kid. If I were the kid and some dude wass following me and then got out and headed toward me, my instinct would be to fight or flight. He has no idea that this was a watch guy or what and decided to use offense as a defense.

 We know that the media immediately jumped to the conclusion that this was a "white on black" hate crime.  We know that the police followed the law when the shooter, who has a carry permit, reported to them that the teenager attacked him.  We know that Florida has a "no retreat" law, and that if he was attacked, he was within his right to protect himself with deadly force.

So now we are presuming that the kid not did have a right to protect himself when this watch guy approaches him after following him in his vehicle and now he is approaching him on foot? What, exactly, would you think if someone was following you and then leave the vehicle and is approaching you on foot? That he wants to have a conversation on a rainy night? Did the kid have a right to protect himself in what he thought was an attack?

  We know that predictably, the snakes and leeches in society like Al Sharpton instantly got involved and began to inflame the race talk, much as they did in the Duke lacrosse team story.

There is not enough duct tape in the world to silence sharpton and that is what is needed and not just in this particular case. As far as the black panthers - there should be a law. . .

  We know that we've never seen the two people involved pictured in any media as Ned has presented them here.  We know that the new Black Panther party has offered a 10,000$ reward for the murder of the shooter, and that neither the President or anyone in his administration has condemned that act or sought to charge those responsible. 

And we know that people like Mallory will defend this poor excuse for a President no matter how stupid his actions. 

Those libs have some mighty powerful koolaid and it would appear an endless supply of same.
