Bellemeade Neighborhood Watch will run a Practice Alert: during the time period between Friday, Novermber 18 and Wednesday, November 23.  The purpose of the test is to determine if residents are actually receiving critical alerts in a timely fashion.  The exact wording of the Practice Alert will be "Do not be alarmed. This is a test; this is a test; this is only a practice alert"

Might I suggest that each block captain handle the practice alert in the way that would be best for that particular block?
