Woodside Park is a subdivision of 28 homes located on Lake Norman in Terrell, NC in Catawba County, across the bridge from Iredell, County and Mooresville, NC. We are 10 minutes from route 77 and 45 minutes from Charlotte, NC. The house values range from the 400's to the low Millions.
