Welcome to the Nantucket West COA website. Our community is in the heart of University Place, a block from the Cirque/Bridgeport park, and 1.5 miles from Chambers Bay Golf Course. We are 38 homeowners that enjoy the peace and tranquility of a quiet and well-maintained environment. Our homes were built by Ernie Carino from 1994-1996, and many of us are original owners. We ARE NOT an over 55 community.
