Welcome!

Village at Wildwood is a neighborhood made up of single family homes zoned as condominiums. We are located on Fegenbush Lane between Bardstown Road and Fern Valley.  There are many 1 to 3 bedroom homes for sale in our neighborhood, and services such as grass cutting, garbage collection, and snow removal are included in a monthly fee.  We are a deed restricted community, so please ask for a copy of all restrictions before purchasing.  These are single family homes and require regular homeowner's insurance, not condominium insurance.  This community meets FHA loan requirements and new requirements under the Kentucky Uniform Condominium Act (new regulations start January of 2011).
